Sushi Friday Labs

Until Friday, 5 PM

Friday is coming

Attention is currency. We help you earn it.

Sushi Friday Labs

We look at what your business already has, then build the site, app or film that makes people stop.

What’s on the menu

What we believe

Tech should give you more Fridays.

Most tech takes your time. We build the kind that gives it back: tools that do the busywork, so you get to do the part only people can do.

01Optimistic on purpose

We make things that leave people better off, not more hooked.

02Humans at the controls

The machine does the heavy lifting. You make the calls.

03Built like good hardware

Simple, sturdy, easy to fix. Made to still work years from now.

Runs offline or with AIMade for Friday

The problem

You know you need a new website. That’s usually where it starts.

Maybe it’s an app idea that won’t go away. Maybe the site just looks tired next to the competition. Here’s what we hear from almost every business that walks in.

What you know

  • The website or app is overdue.
  • Your customers are online, scrolling past you.
  • Something has to change this year.

What you don’t

  • Where to start, or what to build first.
  • What it should cost or how long it takes.
  • Whether all this AI stuff is for you, or how to even use it.

What you need

  • Someone to look at the whole picture first.
  • A plan that fits your business, not a template.
  • Tools that keep working after launch day.

The audit

We start with an audit, not a pitch.

Like any good creative agency, we look at your problem before we sell you anything. We go through your website and apps, your socials and videos, your brand assets and the tools your team runs on, then tell you plainly what’s working.

You leave with a clear order: what to keep, what to build on, and what to revamp.

Example

Audit slipNo. 001
  • Logo and colorsKeep
  • Product photosKeep
  • Instagram contentBuild on
  • Booking flowBuild on
  • WebsiteRevamp
  • Customer appNew build

Every business gets its own slip. This one is a sample.

How a project runs

Five steps. No mystery.

  1. 01

    Gather

The audit. We pull in everything: your assets, channels, customers and competition.

  2. 02

    Digest

We work it over until the pattern shows: what’s working, what’s missing, what makes you different.

  3. 03

    Incubate

We step back and let it sit. The best ideas show up when you stop forcing them.

  4. 04

    Epiphany

The idea lands. One clear point of view for everything we make.

  5. 05

    Shape

We build it, test it with real people, and keep it sharp after launch.

Built in-house

The creative engine

Our in-house engine, built on cutting-edge technology and our own workflow. It handles the research, drafts and checks that used to eat weeks, so our people spend their time on ideas and taste. You don’t need to know how it works. You just get there faster.

Faster

Audits and first drafts in days, while the idea is still hot.

More precise

Every choice traces back to something we found in the audit.

Built to fit

What your business actually needs, at a size that makes sense.

Competent

  • A template site like everyone else’s
  • Posting because you’re supposed to
  • An app that copies the market leader

Stands out

  • A site built around what makes you different
  • Content people actually stop for
  • Tools your customers come back to

Our tools

Tools that fit how you already work.

Plugs into your systems

Your booking, your store, your spreadsheets, your inbox. We connect to what’s there.

Works offline, by hand

Every tool runs on its own, without AI, so your team stays in control.

AI when you want it

Switch on AI help for the heavy lifting, and off when you don’t need it.

Doesn’t burn credits

Built lean from day one. No surprise bills from tools that waste usage on every click.

We’ve built our own system for making these tools and keeping them running, so they don’t fall apart six months after launch.

What we make

Creative direction first, then the pieces it needs.

One point of view across everything you put out. We decide what to make, how it should feel and what it should say, then make sure every piece pulls the same way. From the corner shop to the bigger brand.

Websites

Fast, good-looking sites that turn visits into calls, bookings and sales.

Apps

Customer apps and internal tools, plugged into what you already use.

Video

Commercials, product films and short-form content.

Graphics

Logos, brand looks and motion graphics people remember.

Socials

What to post, where and how often, made to stop the scroll.

Our own apps

We build our own tools too.

Coming soon

Cinetrax

Camera motion control for crawler dollies. Drive a move once, and it repeats it smoother every pass. With Cinema Language presets.

Coming soon

Blackout

Makes your home internet go dark on a schedule. Distractions don’t get blocked. They just disappear.

Coming soon

Declutter

A Mac app that clears old files, screenshots and apps without the fear of losing something. Working name.

Coming soon

JetPig

A money app for people who are bad with money. It finds the money you’re already sitting on.

Coming soon

Sound design

Sound for video edits, built from the real sounds of your own shoot. Name coming.

Next up: robots

Apps for the robots moving into homes and sets.

Personality, camera moves and everyday jobs. Early days, more soon.

Who we are

Made for Friday.

We’re a team of creatives and artists. Our job is connecting with people, and everything we make is a tool for that.

Most tech companies build the technology first, then go looking for a place in people’s lives. We come from the other side. We start with the people you want to reach and what will actually move them, and only then decide what to build. If a piece of tech doesn’t serve that goal, we leave it out.

What we stand for

  • People first, tech second.

We start with who you’re talking to, not what’s trendy.

  • Value over noise.

Everything we make should give your customers something real.

  • Taste is the job.

Anyone can generate content now. Choosing what’s worth making is the skill.

  • Why Friday?

The week is a grind, and people deserve to be celebrated at the end of it. We get our hands dirty, try bold things, and sometimes miss. That’s what Fridays are for.
